The fine print
These terms apply when you request and confirm private transportation with HTH Luxury Chauffeur.
Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A reservation is confirmed only once the HTH team has reviewed your details, quoted the service and confirmed availability with you directly.
No payment is required to inquire. Payment terms are shared with your quote before any reservation is finalized.
All HTH service is private to your party. Vehicles are subject to availability, and a comparable vehicle may be substituted when necessary.
Passenger and luggage capacity is determined by the vehicle assigned to your reservation. Please share accurate passenger counts so we can assign the right vehicle.
You are responsible for providing accurate pickup times, addresses and contact details, and for being ready at the agreed pickup time.
Smoking and illegal activity are not permitted in any HTH vehicle. Damage or excessive cleaning caused by a party may result in additional charges.
To change a reservation, contact us as early as possible at 707-772-9448 and we will do our best to accommodate you.
