Plans change
We understand that travel plans shift. Here is how changes and cancellations are handled at HTH Luxury Chauffeur.
To change or cancel a confirmed reservation, contact us as soon as possible by phone at 707-772-9448 or by replying to your confirmation message.
The earlier you let us know, the more flexibility we can offer — including rescheduling to a new date or time where availability allows.
Because every HTH reservation dedicates a chauffeur and vehicle to your party, late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a charge. Any applicable terms are shared with your quote before you confirm.
For airport transfers, we monitor your flight and adjust pickup timing for delays whenever possible. If your flight is cancelled, contact us and we will work with you on rescheduling.
If you are unsure whether a change is possible, call 707-772-9448 and the HTH team will review your reservation personally.
